1. Name your real dream

Spend 1–3 minutes a day picturing yourself doing the hard stuff:

• Making the scary call

3. Feel it
While you visualise, feel what it’s like - nerves, pride, focus, resistance.
👉 Emotion + imagery = strong brain wiring.
4. Do one small action
Every day, take one real-world step - however small.

5. Review weekly
Ask: What moved me forward? What didn’t? What’s next?
