Breath reset: each swallow triggers a slow inhale, lowering tension.

Brain boost: even mild dehydration dulls focus; water fixes that.

Pick any style that keeps you sipping: sit and drink room-temp water, Ayurvedic style; add LMNT like Chris Williamson; squeeze a cold lemon if that wakes you up; drink before meals, after meals - just drink. Water is life, and choosing to give it to yourself is the simplest form of self-care you can practice today.
